Refunds
Four rules, the same for every show. Nobody keeps a cent of a show that did not happen.
In effect from September 27, 2026.
The show was canceled
You get everything back automatically: face value, the service fee and any sales tax. You do not have to ask. It goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
The show moved to a new date
Your ticket is good for the new date. If you cannot make it, ask for a refund from your order in the app before the new date and you get everything back.
Your plans changed
If the event allows transfers, send the ticket to a friend from the app. It is free and instant.
Or ask for a refund from your order in the app. If it is approved you get the face value and any sales tax back. The service fee is kept, because the card company has already kept its share and it is not returned to us. Refund requests are not accepted once doors have opened.
What is never refunded
- A ticket that has already been scanned in.
- A ticket refused at the door because a copy of it was already used.
- Entry refused or a removal for cause: under age, no ID on a 21 and over night, intoxication, threats, or breaking house rules.
- Donations made with a free RSVP, unless the event is canceled.
Charged for something you did not buy?
Write to grant.loudandheavybooking@gmail.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We can see the order and fix it the same day, and a bank dispute takes weeks.
