For rooms that sell their own tickets
Sell your shows through The Door. Your fans pay a dollar. You pay nothing.
You do not have to book through Loud and Heavy to use this. List any ticketed show in your room, set the price, paste the Facebook event, and it is on sale. Your fans pay face value plus one $1.00 service fee on a club ticket, and nothing else; that dollar covers the card company and is how The Door is paid. Every cent of face value lands in your door. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no per-ticket cut from you, no contract.
What you get
A door that cannot be fooled
Every ticket is a QR that burns on first scan. A screenshot passed to a friend is refused, and the refusal is logged. Your door staff scan with their phones, offline if the wifi drops.
Your settlement, live
Gross, the fee, sound, the bands, your take, updating as tickets sell. Bands can see their own line the same night. No spreadsheet after close.
Your calendar, your staff, your money
A venue account sees only your room. Loud and Heavy never sees your bar and never touches it. Door money only.
Cash at the door still works
The scanner issues a burnable code against a cash sale, so the count stays honest and the bands are paid off real numbers.
Refunds that do not cost the fan
A canceled show refunds face value and the card fee. Nobody keeps a cent of a show that did not happen.

Eventbrite adds a per-ticket service fee and payment processing on top of that, usually passed to the fan. Ticketmaster's club fees run several dollars a ticket. Here the fan sees one line, one dollar, and nothing is taken from you at all.
What Loud and Heavy gets
Honest answer, because you will ask. What is left of the dollar after the card company, a few dimes a ticket, and the sales numbers: which acts sell in which rooms on which nights. That is how a booking agency learns who to put in front of you next. Your fan list stays yours. Your bar is never counted. Your show is your show; we are the ticket window, not the promoter.
